Delivery:

All handmade orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. This is separate from the lead time required to make an order. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Custom merchandise (fullfilled by Printful) shipped to a U.S. address:
The following shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

  • Mug: 6-10 business days

  • Wine tumbler & water bottle: 14-18 business days

  • T-shirt: 7-11 business days

  • Hoodie: 7-17 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders $0-$74.99 ship for $9 within the Continental U.S.

  • Orders $75+, shipping is free within the Continental U.S. (automatically applied at checkout).

  • International shipping rates will vary.

Returns:

Handmade products:

All fortuknit pieces are custom and uniquely handmade with love. Slight product variations are expected. All sales are final, but if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please do reach out to us at info@fortuknit.com. We will work with you directly to try to resolve all order issues.

Soak Wash products:

Items cannot be returned without prior approval. If an item is returned without approval, all related costs will be billed to the customer. At the time of delivery, please carefully inspect the package before the carrier leaves. If there appear to be damages, refuse to accept the delivery citing the damaged parcel and contact us at 856.202.7004 or email us at info@fortuknit.com. Free return shipping on all Soak Wash products with prior approval.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at 856.202.7004 or email us at info@fortuknit.com.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful.

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
